Key Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients by washing peeling chopping and measuring according to recipes.
Assist in cooking basic dishes and supporting chefs with meal preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Receive and store deliveries checking quality and quantities.
Help with plating and garnishing dishes as directed.
Wash and clean kitchen utensils cookware and equipment.
Support senior chefs and comply with kitchen instructions and timings.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Basic culinary knowledge or relevant vocational training is a plus but not always required.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Good physical stamina for standing long hours and handling kitchen tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
