HR and Administrative Manager (1 position)
Salary: Open to discuss prefer candidate 30-40 years old
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks including document translation and organizing meetings.
- Assist expatriates with work permits residence permits and tax registrations; familiar with procedures of the Thai Immigration Bureau.
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications promote internal process optimization and handle employee complaints and disputes.
- Manage administrative budgets oversee office supplies procurement facility maintenance and vehicle scheduling.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Administration Law or related fields; minimum of 5 years of mid-to-senior level administrative experience.
- Fluent in Thai and Chinese strong in business negotiation and knowledgeable in Thai labor law and administrative reform policies.
- Proficient in office software.
- Strong crisis management skills to handle emergencies such as labor disputes or tax audits.
- Thai drivers license is preferred.
