Our client is a high-growth artificial intelligence pioneer headquartered in China driving cutting-edge innovations in AI. As we aggressively expand our operations in Singapore and across Southeast Asia we are seeking a strategic Finance Lead to establish and oversee our financial infrastructure ensuring sustainable growth and compliance in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the Singapore & regional finance team to ensure operational excellence.
2. Oversee financial reporting (IFRS compliance) and global compliance/audit processes.
3. Optimize cross-border cash management & FX risk mitigation strategies.
4. Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and company policies.
5. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
6. Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Qualifications
1. Fluent in both English and Mandarin (bilingual communication required).
2. Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting CPA/ACCA preferred.
3. 5-8 years of experience with combined background in Big 4 (audit/tax) and corporate finance.
4. Deep expertise in IFRS cross-border treasury and tax; APAC/global project
experience is a plus.
