To handle all Marine shipment Operations & enquiry
Monitor emails phone calls and text messages from clients and vendors.
Receive DO from Customer and acknowledge email Check DO for stock availability and update Customer
Contact respective agent exchange contact numbers and e-mails with agent Arrange to collect stock from local suppliers if needed
Maintain Inventory for In and Out movement
Monitor closely on Vessel arrival status and supply boat status
Check on boat arrangement if needed Arrange transport and documents for loading
Ensure all additional cost are updated to Customer Collect Vessel endorsed DO once loading is done Proper filing of all documents once job completed Any other adhoc duties as assigned by Management
