Customer Care with a Healthcare (French Language) EUR 3000 Welcome Bonus
Office Location is Av. Dom Joo II 36 1990-083 Lisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1251 per month gross with bonuses

What youll do
- As a Customer Support for Medical Care youll assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product;
- Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety;
- Support customers regarding questions about shipping return exchange policy and payment transactions;
- Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
What youll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French;
- Good level of English written and spoken C1 level (mandatory);
- Willing to start an international experience work abroad;
- Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Medical Care;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Team spirit;
- Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
