Customer Care with a Software Company (Dutch Language)
Office Location is Av. Mediterrneo 1 1990-203 Lisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 255 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Respond to inbound customer requests documenting relevant case information
- Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales General Inquiries and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
- Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
- Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets
Your qualifications
Were a great match if you:
- Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
- Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
- Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends
- Are proactive self-motivated and a great team player
