Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager International to drive expansion into new international markets. This role involves identifying growth opportunities forming strategic partnerships negotiating deals and executing go-to-market strategies in key global regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify evaluate and pursue new business opportunities in international markets.

  • Develop and execute market entry strategies including partner/channel identification and B2B lead generation.

  • Build strong relationships with international partners clients distributors and government bodies.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing legal finance operations) to ensure successful deal execution and onboarding.

  • Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to inform business strategy.

  • Attend international trade shows conferences and networking events to promote the company and its offerings.

  • Prepare regular reports on business performance forecasts and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business International Relations Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5 years of experience in international business development sales or strategy.

  • Proven track record of generating new business and expanding into international markets.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of international trade laws cultural nuances and business practices.

  • Ability to travel internationally as required.

  • Fluency in English required; additional language(s) a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Industry e.g. SaaS manufacturing FMCG logistics.

  • Existing network of international contacts and distributors.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
