Barista

The Role:

As a Barista you will:

• Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first approach.

• Engage with customers professionally responding to their needs promptly and courteously.

• Follow all operational policies including cash handling and safety protocols.

• Maintain a clean and well-organised workspace.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.

• Stay calm and positive during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.

• Proactively assess customer and store needs taking initiative when necessary.

• Communicate effectively with management to support team and service goals.

• Adhere to health safety and sanitation regulations.

• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.

• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings evenings weekends nights and public holidays.
