To support this growth the firm is seeking a Spanish-speaking Retention Manager who understands the LATAM market and is committed to building lasting client relationships.
Youll play a key role in strengthening client loyalty and driving retention efforts by delivering a personalised experience to Spanish-speaking traders across the LATAM region.
Your Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests
Support and assist existing customers while adhering to company policies and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Ensure a high level of client retention through proactive communication and personalised service
Operate in full compliance with the companys internal procedures and industry regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience in a retention role within the forex industry is a must
Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in English
Experience using CRM systems
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients
Motivated focused and goal-driven approach to client service
Clear and effective communicator with a customer-first mindset
What you will receive:
Base salary range of 2000 to 2500 euro gross per month plus performance-based bonuses
Full-time employment contract (Monday to Friday)
