Position: Community Specialist with German or Dutch
Location: Lisboa Portugal
Employment type: Full-Time
Remuneration: EU up to 1600/month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop an online community on social media forums and community platforms
Create and share content to engage the community and encourage participation
Respond to community member inquiries and comments in a timely and effective manner- Facilitate online discussions and debates to foster engagement and conversation
Analyze data and trends to improve community engagement and adjust strategies- Develop strategies to increase community visibility and participation
Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align community efforts with company objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in German or in Dutch and in English
Experience in online community management .
Knowledge of social media and community platforms-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to create engaging content and facilitate online discussions
Data analysis and trend analysis to improve community engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of community management tools and online marketing
