Our client a highly innovative technology company operating in the crypto AI and payments domains is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse channels including online platforms social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume screening phone interviews and in-person interviews to evaluate technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong talent pipeline nurturing relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to hiring managers.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to senior management providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business IT or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of proven success in IT Talent Acquisition with a demonstrable track record of filling technical roles.
- Deep understanding of IT roles technologies programming languages and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. A strong existing network and proven experience hiring in APAC region is essential.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to secure top talent while fostering mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ability to work independently prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Please note: This is an on-site position in Bangkok requiring 5 days/week in the Bangkok office. Relocation package will be provided.
