In this role you will perform semi-skilled work alone assist a skilled trades worker or function as lead worker for a small crew of manual workers performing routine tasks. Your work involves the use of a variety of construction grounds keeping and maintenance equipment and tools which frequently require the application of skills acquired on the job. You will perform minor repairs and routine grounds keeping and custodial duties are performed with considerable independence and reviewed upon completion. More advanced construction or repair work is performed under the direction of a skilled trades worker or supervisor.
