Job Description

THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role you will perform semi-skilled work alone assist a skilled trades worker or function as lead worker for a small crew of manual workers performing routine tasks. Your work involves the use of a variety of construction grounds keeping and maintenance equipment and tools which frequently require the application of skills acquired on the job. You will perform minor repairs and routine grounds keeping and custodial duties are performed with considerable independence and reviewed upon completion. More advanced construction or repair work is performed under the direction of a skilled trades worker or supervisor.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • This is a seasonal full-time position with no healthcare benefits. There is not an option to buy into health care benefits. The season runs from approximately March 2025 until November 2025 at which time the employee will be placed on leave without pay. The employee will automatically be returned to employment March 2026.
  • Shift hours and days vary due to operational need with a 30-minute lunch
  • Weekends holidays and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week
  • Telework:You will not have the option to telework in this position.
