About Us
Body Fit Training (BFT) is a boutique fitness studio specializing in science-backed group training that delivers proven results. Were excited to launch our brand-new West Hollywood location and are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. If youre passionate about fitness love connecting with people and excel in a sales-driven role we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth
- Proactively engage with leads and convert them into members through in-person consultations phone follow-ups and email outreach.
- Conduct studio tours and explain the value of BFTs programs to prospective members.
- Meet and exceed individual and studio sales goals by driving membership retail and event sales.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system tracking leads follow-ups and membership status.
Customer Engagement & Studio Representation
- Greet all members and guests with enthusiasm creating a welcoming and positive studio environment.
- Build lasting relationships with members by understanding their fitness goals and providing personalized solutions.
- Actively participate in promotional events community outreach and social media efforts to increase studio visibility.
Operational Support
- Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling answering inquiries and managing payments.
- Support the management team with day-to-day studio operations ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.
- Keep the studio tidy and organized contributing to a high-quality member experience.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred especially in fitness wellness or retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented self-motivated and proactive in achieving sales targets.
- Passion for fitness and the ability to articulate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
