Job Description

We are seeking a thoughtful and analytical User Researcher to join our team remotely. In this role you will help shape the direction of our products and services by uncovering insights about user behaviors needs and motivations. Youll work closely with product managers designers and developers to ensure the user experience is grounded in real-world feedback and data.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (e.g. user interviews usability testing surveys)

Synthesize findings into actionable insights that influence product and design decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research questions and prioritize user-centered solutions

Create clear and compelling reports presentations and journey maps

Advocate for the user by integrating research into the product development lifecycle

Stay informed on best practices and emerging trends in UX and human-centered design

Requirements:

2 years of experience in UX/user research preferably in a digital product environment

Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods

Experience with tools like UserTesting Dovetail Lookback Figma or similar

Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

Degree in Human-Computer Interaction Psychology Sociology or a related field is a plus
