Job Description
*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team remotely. As an important member of our data management team you will ensure accuracy and efficiency when organizing and entering data into our systems. Your role will help several departments and improve the overall efficiency of our operations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Correctly enter update and maintain data in company databases and systems.
- Check the data for errors omissions and inconsistencies.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Work with teammates to guarantee data correctness and consistency.
- Generate reports and offer summaries as needed.
- Assist with specific projects and activities as required.
*Qualifications:*
- High school graduation or equivalent; extra experience in data administration or similar subjects is preferred.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- The ability to operate autonomously and efficiently.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and vocal.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
- You must be a resident of the United States.
