Paralegal (Medical Malpractice) - Hybrid

Responsibilities - Paralegal specializing in medical malpractice.
- Organization and review of case files.
- Draft and prepare pleadings.
- Manage discovery requests.
- Coordinate subpoenas and authorizations to gather medical records. Collaborate closely with our legal team.
- Summarize depositions and analyze documents.
- Ensure that cases remain on track and meet critical deadlines.
- Attention to detail and tech skills are needed.
We are looking for:
- At least one (1) year of litigation experience preferably in medical malpractice
- A solid academic background
- Strong research and writing skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and PDF software like Nuance Power PDF
- Experience with Bates stamping
- Experience with combining/separating files and editing PDFs
