DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide top-notch support to C2C B2B customers via phone email and chat
Collaborate with customers to identify effective solutions
Brainstorm with colleagues to enhance the Customer Experience
Handle troubleshooting innovation and change management daily
Optimize business processes to enhance the customer journey
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in Italian and in English
Customer service is second nature to you prior experience in the field is an advantage
Exceptional communication skills that facilitate meaningful interactions
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to tackle challenges effectively
Ability to think outside the box and consistently deliver customer solutions
Proficient with computers and possess lightning-fast typing skills
