Remote Sales Associate with a Technology Company (Italian Language)
Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal! Youve got to be located in Portugal.
Salary is EUR 1024 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 225 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Sales Associate you will:
- Take incoming user requests (via telephone email chat...) log call details into case management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA to customers
- Aim for the highest Customer Satisfaction Survey scores actively updating customers with status and resolution progress reports. Their happiness is our happiness
- Delivery of high-caliber Customer Service on post-sales requests (delivery warranties refunds.
- Inbound sales support and product selling to increase revenue while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales goals set up every quarter while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Logging and following up on orders or requests.
- Capturing all required data elements in CRM as required by clients policies and products.
Your qualifications

- Have a high level of Italian (oral and written) and proficiency in English
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Have the ability to adapt to unplanned situations in a methodical and organized way
- Strong customer service-oriented skills
