Lead and supervise the accounts team for accurate financial operations.
Develop and implement efficient accounting systems and documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for financial planning and reporting.
Accounting & Reporting
Scrutinize ledgers and ensure proper income/expenditure classification.
Approve bank receipts payment vouchers and oversee cash handling.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and stock audits.
Compile income statements and prepare P&L and MIS reports.
Payroll & Administrative Finance
Supervise payroll processing with the external agency.
Manage petty cash disbursement and reconciliation.
Reconcile credit card settlements donations and grants.
Maintain fixed asset and investment records.
Compliance & Statutory Filing
Handle GST TDS Income Tax PF and ESIC compliances.
Manage annual account closing and audits.
Liaise with banks auditors donors and government authorities.
Budgeting & Financial Oversight
Assist in preparing annual budgets.
Monitor grant utilization and prepare financial reports.
Ensure transparency in fund usage and compliance with donor intent.
Additional Responsibilities
Support planning of capital/infrastructure projects.
Ensure compliance for CSR project documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by management or trustees.
