Customer Care with an Airline Company (Portuguese Language)
Office Location is Av. Mediterrneo 1 1990-203 Lisboa Portugal
Salary is EUR 875 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 150 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
- Be in charge of booking management (altering canceling or creating new reservations)
- Assist clients via inbound/outbound calls and email
- Help the clients with doubts about Flight Club service Vip Service PRM (personal reduced mobility)
- Deal with claims (strikes lateness Cancelation etc.)
- Give real-time accurate information that empowers the customer to make decisions.
- Go beyond the customers service expectations so they will remember and share their great experience.
- Listen to the customers unique situation and acknowledge their needs.
Your qualifications
Were a great match if you:
- Have a high level of European Portuguese (C2) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Have previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus Galileo or Sabre (is preferential)
- Have previous experience in Customer Service or as a tourism/travel representative
