Customer Care with a Computer Company (Italian Language) EUR 2000 Welcome Bonus
Office Location is Av. de Sidnio Pais 93 4250-488 Porto Portugal
Salary is EUR 1100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 50 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year
* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. Itll become free after 6 months of contract
What you will do in this role
As a Customer Support Agent you will:
- You are the voice of our company the direct link to our customers
- Take care of our Italian-speaking customers by phone email chat and social media channels
- Support competently our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
- Work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers to
constantly increase the happiness of our merchants - Work with other departments together for example Sales and Marketing
- You will be part of an international and multilingual team
Your qualifications
Were a great match if you:
- Fluent verbal and written in Italian (C1)
- Advanced level of English (B2)
- Strong communication skills: approachable patient and customer-oriented
- High level of empathy: providing excellent customer-friendly service is your top priority
- Capable of managing escalation processes and resolving complex issues
- Prior experience as customer support
- Familiarity with omnichannel support (phone chat e-mail) and ability to work with many tools at once
- Problem-solving mindset curious and persistent in resolving issues
- Well-organized and able to stay calm under pressure
- Proficient in using a smartphone tablet and computers
