Job Description
We are Aida Recruitment a technology and artificial intelligence-based employee search company. For our client we are looking for: Restaurant Manager
Our client is one of the largest industrial and retail groups in Ukraine and a leading national retailer with over 700 stores across the country. In addition to retail networks the Groups business interests include food production banking and restaurant ventures.
As part of the launch of a new restaurant in the concept of a German pub in Kyiv we are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for implementing the concept and managing the daily operations of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the restaurant concept

Analyze competitors and respond to external market factors
-
Oversee daily restaurant operations (hall kitchen supply chain)

Ensure high service quality in accordance with corporate standards
-
Manage the team: hiring training motivation and supervision
-
Create work schedules and enforce discipline
-
Work with suppliers manage inventory and stock control
-
Monitor financial performance: costs profits and operational efficiency
-
Handle guest feedback and resolve conflict situations
-
Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation standards
-
Conduct internal meetings and provide reports to management
-
Participate in corporate events and training activities
Candidate Requirements:
-
Higher education in management hospitality or a related field
-
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position within the HoReCa sector
-
In-depth knowledge of German pub culture beer and cuisine
-
Experience in financial reporting and team management
-
Strong crisis management and time-management skills
-
Proficiency in PC and office software (MS Office Google Docs Excel Email)
