Job Description
The Human Resources Program Specialist report to the Chief Human Resources Officer and plays a crucial role in developing implementing and managing various human resources programs and initiatives within an organization. This role involves a blend of administrative strategic and project management tasks contributing to a positive employee experience and the overall success of HR functions. The Human Resources Program Specialist provides support to Human Resources Department in a variety of projects including reporting key metrics data analysis HR communications and updating policies in a fast-paced environment. The HR Program Specialist is responsible for supporting the design implementation and ongoing management of various HR programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles excellent organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams to enhance the employee experience communication and ensure HR compliance. They will be a subject matter expert with HR marketing campaigns newsletter creation and distribution serves as recruitment marketing administrator for recruitment ad placements corporate LinkedIn Indeed accounts and any other recruitment resources. Acts as account administrator for multiple Human Resource operations vendors.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work with and analyze data.
- Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts.
- Proven experience in creating and managing employee communication campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital communication platforms.
