Description
The Strategic Buying Services Analyst with French is responsible for:
- Responsible for data research market checks and price negotiation
- Prepares reports based on analysis of data from multiple sources
- Ensure KPIs as per clients requirements are performed correctly and on time specifically savings target and turnaround time
- Negotiation skills
- Small contract management
- Performs any other instructions given by the hierarchic superior in making short-term strategies of the company in compliance with the limits of the legal basis
- Establishes and develops relationships with stakeholders suppliers and other third parties.
- Facilitates and coordinates processes and procedures imposed by the client
The ideal candidate:
- Advanced English and French language skills (both written and spoken)- min. B2 level
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- A good level of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and numerical abilities
- Ability to quickly learn to use in-house and client software
- Communication skills
- Proactive flexible and adaptable
- Focused on customer relationship
- Motivated and focused on his/her development
- Teamwork
- Ability to prioritize work and work with deadlines
- Punctual and appropriate working methods
- Able to interact and relate successfully in a multicultural environment
- Capable of responding positively to change and constantly looking for ways to improve existing processes
