We are seeking a talented Senior Associate to enhance our team due to continued firm expansion. Working closely with partners this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of stimulating projects.
Responsibilities
- Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients.
- Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders.
- Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements subscription and shareholder agreements.
- Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives.
- Orchestrating joint venture endeavours.
- Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks.
Experience and Knowledge
- Qualified lawyer with substantial experience (4-8PQE) from a reputable practice.
- Fluent Russian Language skills (Business level)
- Demonstrable expertise in Corporate M&A.
- Proven track record of hands-on involvement in relevant legal work.
- Exceptional project management and time management abilities.
- Confidence and professionalism in client interactions.
