A prominent Buffalo law firm is seeking to add a Hybrid eDiscovery Manager to their team to manage the day-to-day operations of the firms eDiscovery function across all of their practice groups.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with attorneys and litigation teams on eDiscovery strategy
- Oversee and support the use of litigation support and eDiscovery platforms
- Coordinate with IT and records departments to ensure preservation and defensibility of client data
- Select manage and evaluate third-party eDiscovery vendors and service providers
- Develop workflows and protocols to standardize eDiscovery practices
- Monitor project timelines budgets and resource allocation
- Provide training and support to attorneys and staff
