Grade and Yield Input/Camera Operator
The following Candidate to fill the Selection Panel Operator position will need the following:
- Needs to be punctual and attentive.
- Needs to pay attention to detail
- Needs to be able to work alone and trouble shoot minor problems.
- Needs to calibrate thermometer and take temperatures of rib eyes once an hour.
- Follow instructions and work well with co-workers and USDA.
- Segregate cattle on rails according to description on tags.
- Have a good attitude and must be willing to learn other Management
- Positions within the department.
Qualifications:
- Excellent problem solving Skills
- Knowledge of SOPs and GMPs preferred
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Great Attendance
- Able to multi task
Responsibilities:
- Take and record 5 Rib Eye temperatures every hour
- Work directly with production workers to load rails correctly and sort Domestic Japan and Canadian rails correctly
- Work well with the Management team to accomplish Daily goals
- Follow all SOPs and GMPs
- Program rails and place carcasses as program indications
- $23.25 - 25.50/hr base rate
