Position Summary
The Bartender at Stoneys/Rustica is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by crafting high-quality beverages and providing warm attentive service in a vibrant mountain setting. This role involves mixing and serving a variety of drinks engaging with guests to enhance their experience and maintaining a clean organized and compliant bar environment.
The Bartender plays a key role in upholding service standards supporting smooth bar operations and contributing to the overall energy and atmosphere of the venue. A strong focus on hospitality efficiency and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and quality.
- Greet guests take drink orders and provide friendly knowledgeable service.
- Maintain a clean organized and stocked bar area.
- Follow all health safety and ProServe alcohol service regulations.
- Accurately handle payments and perform end-of-shift cash outs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory restocking and event support as needed.
- Contribute to a positive work environment and assist with training new staff.
- Report incidents and follow resort procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of bartending or relevant hospitality experience.
- Valid ProServe certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- Strong knowledge of drink preparation and bar service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
- Reliable team-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Duration: This is a Full-Time seasonal position May to October. Overtime during busy periods may be required.
