Job Description
Work at the beautiful Salt Fork State Park Golf Course!!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Primary essential functions for this position include but are not limited to:
- Create and manage the schedulefor the PRO Shop employees
- Set up tee times and collect greens fees or cart fees onLightspeed
- Handle sales transactions according to established guidelines
- Open / Close pro shop according to established procedures
- Maintain an accurate cash bank at all times and deposits money as established
- Answer pro shop telephone in a professional manner
- Ensure sufficient golf carts are in the staging area at all times and puts away at closing as needed
- Clean around golf shop golf course and driving range
- Assist with golf outings and tournaments
- During slow periods helps to maintain the pro shop merchandise area restrooms etc.
- Assist with Snack Bar sales as needed depending on business levels
- Take and prepare guests requested order
- Restock coolers as needed before during and after shift
- Set up and/or tear down snack bar area depending on shift
- Ensure pro shop seating area is cleaned throughout the shift
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 18 or older required
- Knowledge of golf course operations is desired.
- Valid drivers license required
