Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Analyst for our Philadelphia PA office to support the Acquisition and Asset Management team in identifying opportunities within the portfolio conducting due diligence market research across target markets and tracking performance. The Analyst will report directly to the Vice President of Asset Management.

Primaryresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Create models and evaluate portfolio performance through watchlist criteria including interaction with Operations Marketing and Facilities
- Support the compilation and review of annual business plans including the portfolio reforecast and budgeting process
- Collect data to track progress of the value add program
- Assist in preparing for quarterly earnings calls and board meetings
- Market/submarket research
- Assist in the preparation of monthly portfolio review meetings
- Hold/Sell Analysis
- Evaluate and improve business intelligence and property management software
- Support in closings of acquisitions/dispositions
RequiredSkills:
- Bachelors degree in Business major in Finance Real Estate or similar area of study
- Excellent communication and organization skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines
- Resourceful with an aptitude for learning new things quickly
- Advanced MS Excel and proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Experience with Entrata or Yardi and Reba
- Ability to travel as needed (<20%)
