Michelin is hiring!
This role is based inMichelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing Finance Logistics Order to Cash Service Management and Personnel.
What will you do
Review draft revise contracts and monitor contract performances.
Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages.
Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management.
Will draft and revise a variety of contracts.
Will provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
Maintain excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met.
Create prepare review and edit all contracts.
Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.
What we are looking for
Proven experience working with contract regulations the related laws. Legal studies;
Advanced level of English and French(demonstrated understanding of legal terminology in French is strongly preferred);
German language skills are considered an advantage
Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment; Strong attention to detail;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines;
Excellent written and oral communication skills;
Capable of professionally managing confidential information;
Salesforce environment experience would be highly appreciated.
