ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is key to maintaining a well-functioning welcoming and productive work environment for our teams and visitors.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks including facilities management vendor coordination office supplies procurement event planning and supporting internal processes across departments. You will work closely with HR finance and other teams to support employee needs and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

  • Proven experience as an Office manager (at least 2 years)
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular) and GSuite (Gmail calendar and Drive)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
