Job Description
THE ROLE AND THE TEAM
We are seeking a talented and experienced Workday Integration Developer to join our growing team. In this role you will play a key role in designing developing and maintaining integrations between Workday and various external systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and system functionality.

Analyse and understand integration requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Design robust integration solutions connecting Workday with external systems.
Develop components using Workday Studio EIB Core Connectors and other integration tools.
Conduct testing to ensure data accuracy error management and performance optimization.
Resolve integration-related issues and provide timely support to end-users.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance integrations.
Stay updated with Workday releases to effectively leverage new features in integration development.
Play a crucial role in system implementations including configuration testing training and successful deployment.
Adherence to industry standards and best practices to ensure confidentiality and integrity during integration.
Research integration failures perform root cause analyses and report back to management and business leaders.
WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in integrations with Workday
Familiarity with API design RESTful services messaging protocols (HTTP File) and data formats (JSON XML).
Strong technical skills in configuring Workday connectors Document Transformation EIB Implementation using SOAP and Rest API developing custom integrations using Workday Studio BIRT
Proficiency in XML XSLT XPATH and other related technologies used in Workday integrations.
Strong understanding of Workdays data model business processes and security framework.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex data integration issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Workday Integration certification(s) are a plus.
