CGI is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technical DMS Consultant to join a key support team at one of our leading clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your technical skills work hands-on with digital archiving and document generation platforms and learn from experienced professionals.
Your role in our team
Support and maintain digital archiving and document generation platforms (3rd line support).
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues following internal SLAs.
Assist in analyzing and implementing new document templates.
Set up and maintain integrations between internal and external systems.
Collaborate closely with your team and various stakeholders across the business.
How you strengthen our team
A basic but solid IT foundation youre comfortable with:
-General IT systems and infrastructure (servers networks protocols).
-Basic scripting/programming.
-Working with data formats like JSON or XML.
-Databases and SQL queries.
-Unix/Linux environments.
Great communication skills in English and Dutch or French.
A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a high-tech environment.
Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology or equivalent
Nice-to-Haves:
-Affinity with document management document design or archiving platforms.
-Some experience with graphic tools (e.g. Adobe tools working with layers or color profiles).
-Familiarity with barcodes QR codes or other document automation techniques.
-Understanding of cloud infrastructure and web services.
-Experience with OpenText Core Archive or Quadient Inspire is a big plus!
