Who are we looking for

Are you passionate about creating a safe and child-focused environment for separated families

We are looking for a dedicated Program Support Lead to join our Childrens Contact Service team on a part-time basis (.6FTE) Maternity leave contract until May 2026.

As a Program Support Lead you will provide essential support to the Coordinator ensuring the smooth operation of our services. You will play a vital role in assisting with case management risk assessments scheduling and overall service delivery - helping families navigate contact arrangements in a safe neutral and supportive environment.

What can you expect to be doing

  • Conduct intake and assessment interviews with parents and children to establish safe contact arrangements
  • Provide facilitation and supervision during family access visits
  • Assist the Coordinator with various tasks such as roster management orientation visits risk assessments and court reports
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement reflective practice and professional development

What do you need to bring

  • Experience in family support case management or program coordination
  • A strong understanding of family law and support separated families

Qualifications

  • A relevant tertiary (degree) qualification in Social Work Psychology Early Childhood and/or related Social sciences at degree level or extensive relevant experience

Special Conditions

  • National Police Check / Working with Children Check
  • First Aid
  • Safe Environments for Children & Young People
  • Drivers licence ability to work at other sites
