Job Description

St Peters Lutheran College is seeking to appoint an Events and Venues Manager on a full time permanent basis located at our Indooroopilly School. The successful incumbent will lead the management of venue spaces across the College and manage the delivery of events ensuring that a high standard of service is offered to internal and external stakeholders.

St Peters is a Co-Educational Day and Boarding School of the Lutheran Church located on 52 acres just 7 kilometres from Brisbane CBD. Established in 1945 St Peters has developed an enviable reputation in academic scholarship pastoral care and breadth of co-curricular programs through which it seeks to provide an exceptional student experience. Together Academic Staff and Corporate Staff provide an outstanding educational environment for students to grow and flourish.

  • As the manager of a team of events and technical expertise the Events and Venues Manager is a pivotal role that combines strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement while supporting and contributing to the operational activities of the team.
  • The Events team sits within the broader Community Engagement Group comprising Marketing and Communications Admissions Community Liaison and Alumni Engagement teams and hence contributes to the community engagement objectives of the College.
