Job Description

Responsibilities
- Manage and work tickets via the service desk ticketing system within SLAs Monitor and respond quickly to incoming phone requests that relate to IT issues
- Maintain computer systems and act as support for system degradation/outages
- Responsible for end-user PCs Printers Servers and related equipment (monitor keyboard mouse hard drive etc)
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelors degree in Information Technology field preferred
- CompTIA IT Fundamentals CompTIA A or other certifications are a plus
- 2 years of experience in supporting computers and cloud-based technologies
- 2 years of experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting moderately complex issues
