Job Description

About The Role:

The Executive Director Enterprise Transformation plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the future of Lutheran Services by leading a broad portfolio of strategic initiatives that span the organisation. This includes responsibility for driving digital transformation reshaping organisational design evolving the operating model and embedding innovation and continuous improvement across all service areas. Working closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team you will translate enterprise strategy into coherent coordinated programs of work that strengthen performance scalability and long-term sustainability.

A key function of the role is to establish and oversee an enterprise transformation office that provides governance structure and visibility over major initiatives. This office maintains the organisations transformation roadmap ensures appropriate prioritisation and sequencing of projects and supports the executive with clear performance metrics and reporting tools. The role has accountability for ensuring major ICT capital and business improvement projects are delivered on time on budget and with measurable impact. You will also play a critical role in advancing Lutheran Services strategic growth agenda through leading the organisations approach to mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to delivery oversight the role is deeply focused on people and culture. Responsible for embedding best-practice change management and ensuring that transformation is experienced positively by staff clients and stakeholders you will build organisational capability to manage change fostering a culture of agility and curiosity.

About You:

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record in delivering complex transformation within human services healthcare aged care or similarly mission-driven environments. You will combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills leading large-scale change programs that enhance service quality operational performance and workforce engagement.

Bringing deep expertise in transformation disciplines such as digital enablement operating model redesign and cultural change you will be commercially astute and experienced in assessing and integrating new business opportunities including mergers acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

A confident communicator you will foster collaboration and build trust across diverse stakeholder groups and be committed to strengthening the capacity of organisations to adapt grow and deliver meaningful impact.
