About our company
Mission: To craft accessible math learning experiences based in math education research that foster conceptual understanding and student thinking. We aim to develop problem-solving reasoning creativity and communication skills in learners preparing them for meaningful contribution.
Traction: Innovamat aims to be a global institution in math education. We strive to bring the best math practices everywhere and for everyone. Over 2300 schools 490000 students and 21500 teachers already work with us. Since our foundation in 2017 we have opened operations in Spain Mexico Italy Chile Ecuador Colombia Brazil Peru and in the United States.
Product: Innovamat has developed a research-based fully-resourced curriculum program. With Innovamat kids from 3 to 16 years old learn math through manipulative materials and highly dynamic lessons focused on problem-solving communication skills and critical thinking. We provide a shift in traditional instruction and learning.
What will be your mission
As a Strategy Associate reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer you will work closely with the leadership team (including the CEO) on high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives. Your role will be varied analytical and fast-paced. You will:
- Lead and support strategic projects across different areas of the company working closely with teams from Product Sales Finance Operations and more.
- Prepare and coordinate quarterly investor updates and materials for Board meetings ensuring clear and insightful communication of business performance.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and support our growth in current and new markets.
- Translate data and insights into presentations that support strategic discussions and decision-making.
- Gain exposure to the companys key challenges and priorities working hand-in-hand with top leadership and gaining a holistic view of the business.
- Bring structure insight and momentum to complex and ambiguous problems.

- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
- Solid proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets (PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Sheets).
- A collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across teams.
- Availability to work on-site in Barcelona and open to travel to our core markets if needed.
Nice to have:
- Passion for education and impact-driven organizations.
- International professional or academic experience.
- Knowledge of Italian or Portuguese.
- Experience in consulting finance or strategy roles.
