Drive and oversee the complete delivery of assigned project workstreams.
Collaborate with partner teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Take ownership of timelines incorporating stakeholder feedback into deliverables.
Structure analytical solutions to address key business objectives and provide actionable insights.
Apply strong business acumen to form hypotheses and guide analytical problem-solving.
Mentor and guide teams on problem structuring analytical approaches and use of tools and techniques.
Present findings and recommendations to clients building trust and credibility.
Act as a liaison to strengthen client relationships and drive successful project outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Masters degree in Economics Mathematics Computer Science/Engineering Operations Research or related Analytics fields;
Exceptional candidates with a BA/BS from top-tier institutions will also be considered.
4 6 years of experience in Fraud Strategy preferably in Banking or Seller Risk Fraud.
Technical Proficiency: Hive PySpark SQL Python Machine Learning tools and Tableau (or other data visualization platforms).
Hands-on knowledge of Fraud rule writing and rule governance mechanisms.
Proven ability to contribute thought leadership in building real-time Fraud solutions leveraging analytics and internal tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity.
Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities.
Skilled in program/project management with a track record of delivering results.
Proficiency in executive-level communication including slide creation storytelling with data and dashboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clear impactful delivery.
