Contract Review & Management: Analyze and manage contracts ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Budget Management: Oversee budget creation cost estimation and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitoring & Control: Implement robust tracking systems to monitor project progress and identify risks.
Project Execution Supervision: Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring quality timeliness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Oversee GS-related projects from initiation to close-out.
Define project scope deliverables tasks and resource plans.
Conduct project progress meetings and site visits.
Prepare executive reports dashboards and communication material.
Support the Lead Project Manager and coordinate with stakeholders.
Conduct technical drawing and design reviews.
Oversee mobilization site readiness and completion certificate processes.
Draft review and manage contract documents and amendments.
Ensure alignment with legal requirements and internal procedures.
Monitor contractor performance and resolve disputes if needed.
Prepare cost estimates and manage financial resources.
Track expenditures and address variances.
Provide regular budget reports to stakeholders.
Liaise with Finance for accurate budget reconciliation.
Prepare progress presentations and reports for executive leadership and steering committees.
Maintain regular communication with internal and external parties.
Act as Committee Secretary for Steering Committee meetings.
Prepare and review tender documents in collaboration with Contracts & Procurement teams.
Conduct technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
Ensure project requirements align with technical and regulatory standards.
Develop architectural and furniture layout plans.
Review space utilization and provide proposals based on international benchmarks.
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field.
Minimum 6 years of project-related experience.
Certifications in Architecture and Project Management (e.g. PMP) are highly preferred.
Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
Advanced knowledge of contract and financial management.
Proficient in MS Office project scheduling software (e.g. MS Project Primavera).
Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
