We are looking for a dedicated IT Specialist to support our technical operations and contribute to our digital infrastructure and to support the head office end users in the expansion.
Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at ILLA Holding. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company s IT infrastructure. This includes ensuring the functionality and security of our computer systems software hardware and networks.
Requirements
- Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain the organization s computer systems and networks.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Provide technical support across the company in person or over the phone.
- Set up accounts for new users and ensure proper onboarding from an IT perspective.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Test new technology and participate in system upgrades.
- Ensure security through access controls backups and firewalls.
- Support the head office end users in the expansion.
