Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic ANZ Account Manager to drive customer engagement and ensure the successful implementation and optimization of our ERP solutions. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of ERP platforms and the unique demands of the fuel and gas industry.
Your Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their operational needs and aligning ERP system capabilities to support business objectives.
- Manage the deployment integration and optimisation of Octanes ERP solutions ensuring seamless implementation and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to enhance user adoption and system efficiency.
- Monitor performance analyse KPIs and identify opportunities for system enhancements that drive business success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to foster strong client relationships and support business growth strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends regulatory standards and emerging technologies to ensure our ERP offerings remain cutting-edge.
- Enhance customer share of wallet through identifying customer issues and pairing this with system capability to deliver value for both the customer and Octane.
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in ERP solutions customization and account management.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Sage SAP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Oracle or similar ERP Cloud solutions.
- Knowledge of fuel and gas industry workflows including compliance regulations and inventory management.
- Excellent client relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business benefits. - Bachelors degree in IT Business Administration or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in ERP systems account management or project management (Sage PMP SAP Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
