Amazon is always adding new delivery options to make shopping easier for customers around the world. The Delivery Experience (DEX) team works to make this process as smooth as possible.
As the Principal Product Manager youll lead efforts to make our delivery experience even better. Youll set goals decide what features to build and plan how and when to launch them. Youll have a tech team to help you and youll work with other teams in the company to get things done. Youll also listen to what customers want and use their feedback to improve. Your work will make shopping easier for millions of people.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead Innovation: Identify customer and business needs to develop solutions that push the boundaries of our delivery experience.
- Roadmap and Requirements: Establish detailed business and product requirements. Prioritize features and use-cases set milestones and oversee the strategic plan for product development.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Secure internal and external support for the product vision coordinating with various teams and key partners to ensure buy-in.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate directly with software development teams and other departments to address customer and business challenges. Lead the launch of new product features.
- Resource Management: Effectively prioritize and allocate resources across multiple projects to ensure timely and impactful outcomes.

- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience technical product management
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
- Experience in project management methodologies business analysis or process improvement

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
