Facility Maintenance and Refrigeration Mechanic

Skills: Facility Maintenance Electrical Plumbing Equipment Repair Refrigeration System Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Facility Maintenance and/or Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both facility maintenance and refrigeration mechanics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance on facility equipment and systems
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues with facility equipment and systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair refrigeration system issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance and/or refrigeration mechanics
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed
