Job Title: Organizational Development Coordinator
Location: District
Reports To: Assistant Superintendent
FLSA Status: 12 months full time exempt

SUMMARY
Provide leadership and coordination in the needs assessment development and evaluation of training as required by the local district and state of Oklahoma. Implement and track district and employee goals and objectives. Supports continuous improvement objectives for all staff. Responsible for submitting award nominations for various organizations and divisions.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Masters degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience required. Preference may be given for Oklahoma Secondary Administrator Certification and/or experience in administration professional development and/or CareerTech.

Travel across the district is required; must possess a valid Class D Oklahoma drivers license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience to operate district vehicles and maintain an acceptable driving record.
