Our private dental office is seeking an outgoing Dental Hygiene Assistant to join our dedicated team of professionals in the Albuquerque NM area! We are a general and cosmetic dental practice and have been serving the dental needs of our community for over 25 years. Qualifications
- Prior Hygiene Assisting experience is required
- Coronal Polishing and Radiology certifications
- Dentrix Software experience required
- Must have strong organizational skills and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must be competent in writing entering digital clinical notes and patient scheduling
- Must have good Communication skills with an emphasis on effectively discussing various aspects of dental care and instruction with patients
Responsibilities
- Digital Radiographs and Coronal Polishing
- Sterilization of dental instruments
- Scheduling and Office Support
- Patient Care Instructions
- Lab Tasks
- Keeping dental rooms stocked clean and organized
- Assisting Dental Hygienists with the setup of instruments equipment and materials needed for Dental Hygiene care and patient room turnover
- Greet patients and update patient health history
