Job Description
We are seeking a talented and innovative Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mexico City. As a Software Engineer you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that drive our companys success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement software applications and systems
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code using languages such as Java Python or C
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize software to ensure high performance and reliability
- Implement and maintain software documentation
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering
- Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to technical challenges
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages particularly Java Python or C
- Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design principles
- Experience with version control systems preferably Git
- Familiarity with web development frameworks and database management systems
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality code
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of emerging technologies
- Previous internships or substantial personal projects in software development are a plus
