Job Description
Senior Transportation Engineer
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Transportation Engineerto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background inclient managementstaff supervision andtransportation engineeringprojects with agencies such asPennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
Client will pay more depending on experience.
Salary Range - $140k to $148k
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships with PennDOT Turnpike and other agencies.
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff.
- Oversee the planning design and execution of transportation projects.
- Ensure project delivery within scope schedule and budget.
- Provide technical expertise and mentorship to staff.
- Support business development efforts including proposal preparation and client outreach.

Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 12 to 15 years of experiencein transportation engineering.
- Provenclient management experience particularly with PennDOT and the Turnpike.
- Strongsupervisory and leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
