This position is a temporary port-time non-exempt role- 8 hours per week with the possibility of expanding to more hours and reports to the Director of Membership. This position will be based out of Milpitas CA office.


THE ROLE:


We are seeking a Customer Service Membership Representative to assist with the Renewal of annual membership Retention & Recruitment (3Rs) of SEMI members. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with existing members while assisting in recruiting new members and addressing any membership-related inquiries.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reach out to existing expired members
  • Respond to Incoming member interest forms
  • Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events
  • Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members.
  • Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift

SKILLS PREFERED:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
